The fried chicken served here is guaranteed fresh, evidently from seeing the owner preparing everything on the spot, from the batter mixing to the whole process of how the fried chicken is done. The secret to the crispy exterior of their fried chicken lies in the batter, from which it is mixed with their own unique blend of recipe that is well guarded and passed down through many generations. Each piece of chicken is thoroughly coated in batter before lowering them meticulously into a hot frying wok. Only fresh oil is used for every batch of fried chicken.

Not to be deceived by the crunchy exterior, the meat inside is locked and packed with juicy tender texture.

You can opt for just the fried chicken or with rice and a huge selection of other dishes to go with it. The whole leg cost RM7 which is very reasonable given its large size that is also baffling for its uniformity, with every piece having almost the same exact size and consistency of getting cooked just right.
