A local café in the heart of Georgetown serving up Japanese-inspired fare with a Southeast Asian twist. Beans sourced from Ethiopia, Columbia, India.
Pu Er tea taste so good, nice industrial theme and cozy ambiance.
A place with a very nice rustic ambience. Food not bad too. The ramen I had was as good if not better than many of the chicken ramen I had in Tokyo. We enjoyed our dinner there very much.
Located in a 170 year old former warehouse, Gudang radiates cozy rustic charm with its industrial recycled wood decor. The hot chocolate was thick and almost velvety. The tea was aromatic and well presented. This is a great place to enjoy coffee in a cozy atmosphere while a distressed friend pours her heart out. However, while she rants, I would hesitate to recommend the food. It's "okay", but it could use some work. On the bright side, if the food was great, this place would be packed to hell and now where are you going to go for a heart to heart?
