Went there for dinner around 8 PM, and the café was crowded. A lot of staff is working, but everyone looks pretty disorganized (probably because it is new and workload coordination is not at its best). The QR ordering system and WIFI network do not work. The food and drinks tasted good, but the prices were slightly steep, especially for the drinks and cakes. Some improvements could be made to the menu by stating the serving availability (morning/lunch/dinner) as it will ease the customers' selection and time taken to place the order. Definitely will give it another try and hope to see improvements in the dine-in experience.
Overall happy with my dine in. Some food/drink may not available on the ordering system, you can just proceed to the cashier to make the order and payment directly. It took only 10-15 mins to get my pasta & drink served. Feb 2023 - via grab food Remark is printed but they don’t even bother about it. poor experience. Jan 2023 - dine in Staffs are attentive and responsive. Indoor and outdoor with sea view available. Network coverage is pretty bad at both Q1 and Q2. WiFi is available. Parking is not an issue at the basement. Despite unknown is located at Q2, I personally find park at Q1 is nearer as its a the corner lot.
Ordered a Dark Chocolate Earl Grey cake, Tuscan Trifle Tiramisu coffee, and a black sesami taro frap. Overall a good place to hang out with friends and the cake and coffee were great. But the ordering system was a little chaos and queue. Atmosphere 8.5/10 Food/beverages 9/10 Service 7/10 Definitely will try out their food on next visit.
